What's Included?
Dispenser Rental
Rent a quality water dispenser for a fixed two-year rental period.
Monthly Administration Fee
A monthly administration fee of R200 per month applies to your rental account.
Machine Insurance
Rent a quality water dispenser for a fixed two-year rental period.
Water Bottles
Water bottles are supplied according to your requirements. You can choose how frequently you need bottles delivered.
Bottle Refills
If you use refillable bottles, these can also be supplied according to your preferred delivery frequency and volume.
Quarterly Maintenance
Routine dispenser maintenance is invoiced quarterly, helping to keep your machine operating properly. Maintenance excludes replacement parts or additional repairs where required.
Call-Outs
Should you require assistance between scheduled maintenance visits, call-outs are available as and when required and are charged separately.
Your 2-Year Rental
Our water dispensers are supplied on a two-year rental agreement.
We'll keep track of your rental period and contact you before your agreement expires so you have plenty of time to discuss your renewal options.
Rental Renewal Reminder
45 days before your rental agreement expires, we'll prompt our team to contact you regarding your renewal.
This means you don't have to remember when your agreement ends — we'll help ensure there is plenty of time to arrange your next rental period.
